Plain version: we use what you give us to clean your home and to reach you about it. Nothing else.
What we collect
When you book a time or ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, the address of the home, and what you tell us about it (size, bedrooms, bathrooms, notes). Clients may also give us entry instructions such as a gate or alarm code.
How we use it
To schedule and carry out your cleaning, to quote you, and to contact you about your appointment. Entry instructions are shown only to the office and to the cleaners assigned to your home.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send appointment reminders by text. We do not send marketing texts. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the text message terms.
Who sees it
Mrs. Marvelous Cleaning and its team. We do not sell your information. It is stored on a private server operated for us by our web developer, EricOlsen.Studio, and backed up nightly.
